Refund Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless otherwise disputed and approved at our discretion. However, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions.

1. Exchanges 

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at blanksbgi@gmail.com or whatsapp: +1(246) 839-0363 with your order and the item you'd like instead. 

2. Dispute a Sale 

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order and reason for dispute. We will review each case individually and respond within 3 business days.

3. Grounds for a Dispute 

We may consider a refund in the following situations:

  • Item received was damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item was sent
  • Item was significantly not as described

4. Non-Disputable & Non-Exchangeable Items 

The following are not eligible for exchanges or disputes under any circumstances:

  • White and light-coloured clothing
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale

5. If a Dispute is Approved 

If your dispute is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — at our discretion.
