Delivery & Pickup Policy

1. Delivery We offer local delivery within Barbados for a flat fee of $10 BBD. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, with delivery within approximately 2 business days after processing.

2. Local Pickup 

Prefer to collect your order? We offer free pickup from:

📍 Worthing, Christ Church, Barbados

📍 UWI, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados

Once your order is ready, we will contact you with pickup instructions and available times. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

3. Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placed. You will be notified once your order is on its way or ready for pickup.

4. Damaged Items on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
